Kurpinsky Taxable Gains offset by Tax Loss selling?

Did Kurpinsky sell any shares previous for a profit?  I'm wondering if his selling has something to do with offsetting some of the tax on gains... we could see him rebuy in January.

Just curious if this could be a valid theory for the selling?

LOL No he did not sell any shares in 2016 for profit.  The only thing he did was change the direction of his shares right before the anti-hedging policy came into force on Concordia - which was also exactly what Thompson did, lol.  Kupinsky sold at just the right time though twice in 2015 - before the debt-fueled AMCo acquistion and in Dec after the GS forced a $45 million payment

He sold for more than a double at $2.42..  So he has a tax bill this year. I'd say he won't be buying now at higher than his previous cost. Also Oberman likely isn't the only one getting RSUs..
