Mostly related to tranparancy in future executive compensation. The board is expecting big things of themselves via pay for performance. Judging by the length of the document, details of future executive compensation was a core issue in the first quarter. GLTA

Anyone wonder why no board member has purchased a single share of cxr in the last 18 months?  Doesn't instill a whole lot of confidence in the company when they don't put their own money on the line, just sayin'  Oh yeah, Thompson and Kupinsky are probably cheering that they dumped their shares last year.  When Jordan Kupinsky sold his shares in November 2015 at $4.22
