I must say, Lattice has been right for a year now on CXR.  Lattice, and yes I am a small bagholder, I would not mind hearing your thoughts from a short position going forward given the recent company announcement?  Same would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I am not sure what announcement you are referring to.  2022 paper is at a 52 week low today at 15 cents so that makes equity worthless if bondholders think they will get 15 cents on the dollar but where the share price goes in the short term I don't know. The Research Org. information that Lattice posted misses one key point. Management at Concordia are not acceding to lawyers demand on behalf of secured note holders. Why should they? in the recent AGM management stocked themselves up with favourable to them options, etc., so in their interest to have the ship turned around since they will be entitled to small fortuness.
