Delisting Notice

Hey everyone..  Concordia got its minimum bid notification from Nasdaq today!

It has until May 29, 2018 to get over a buck or it is delisted.

Is this a positive or a negative for you? If it is going to zero as you suggest then listing is not a question. And to clarify if it is not over a buck it is not a definite delist as you say...at least Concordia think they can ask for an extension "option to apply for additional time" as per their NR  ...more
