Rad10: You seem confident in what you're saying....

So, tell us, what do you think will happen, how will CXR end? Will CXR see $2 before it does end?
Explain your prognostication to us, please?

Thanks Meeto, your posts are helping me sleep at night.

Don’t listen to RAD. He lost big time on this stock. Didn’t have the guts to average down and be a real trader. Instead he chickened out and sold and took huge losses. He’s the only COCKROACH left here. Everyone else is gone. He desperately wants everyone here to LOSE money like he did. You know these psycolologically depraved lowlifes who wants everyone to suffer like he did. HE think he’s smart ...more

So much silly talk - let's wait til the q4 comes out see how much cash they have left and take it from there. Sure i wrote Off 50 k on the common stock - but would have lost 300 if i hadnt bailed when I did. It was a paired trade that was short valeant so not quite as painful as some would like.  I sincerely wish people well. - just call things the way they are and stop BSing. Thanks to ...more

So, for example, I want to buy the bonds (any of the unsecured ones) but it seems they are not available for the retail guys. Will appreciate your feedback.

Hi Mh171 - Just for clarity and full disclosure I do NOT own the unsecured issue.  I don't gamble like others on this board. Call the bond desk directly  - the bonds are very illiquid and you might end up bidding against yourself.  The secured issue was a private placement and I had to order directly - the unsecured have been traded in the secondary market for ages they are ...more

I actually spoke with the bond desk, and they were saying that they are not tradeable as they are private issuance. Guess will call and try again tomorrow with another CS rep. I went thru restructuring holding the shares of an oil and gas company (memp) and basically, they gave 2% of the new company for existing shareholders and useless warrants. Bondholders if bought at the right price fared much ...more

Rad, regarding that butt discomfort, you sure it was the Jerk Chicken or Luciano?

Ill will Mr Hulot?  Surely as majority share holder in this iconic Canadian pharma company you need to play nice with note holders.......... you must hold a gazillion shares now. I believe you may have committed economic self sodomy - but time will tell and i wish you well.
