$6 offer to minority shareholders since they own 20% of company....as major owner has the other 80%.  lawsuits abound but now dropped(dismissed).  so will it go to $6 again or offered that again??  fun money for a spec at $2 or less.

Thanks for that. I'm considering buying in, but see heavy debt and not a ton of cash on hand. Any idea when some of that debt matures? Thanks
