Yes and with such a thin amount on the ask this thing will shoot up quick, probably even before the agreement is finalized!

worhty gamble with a few K in shares. if deal doesnt go thru maybe it goes back to 0.60.  we shall see if some kind of deal is finalized and at original price or less.

Dave 95% of aquisition agreements fail in the first two weeks of signing and we are well over a month in so I have alot of faith the deal will go through. Also you're forgetting the large lawsuits have been dropped so that alone would bring the stock to its current levels even without the potential buyout. All techinical indicators show that the market it starting to believe the deal will go ...more

Dave nibble nibble is right! if you look at the trading volume in the last two weeks it indicates someone is accumulating..(possibly KGI?). My guess is we get a news release about the agreement being finalized in the next week or so..6 dollars here we come!!!
