the big question
is will us minority shareholders be getting a payout and when? I'm guessing we hear something before december it makes sense they want to take it private no sense in paying all the listing fees for a few people

I don't think the kejriwal deal is done and if it is why have they not made a statement to that effect. I believe the alternative plan is a way to pressure kejriwal to make a decision. I am holding .

no its not done but I think either the company will purchase the remaining shares from minority holders or the KGI deal will go through. Either way things are looking up. No one has mentioned the ruling on duties which is a HUGE win for CYT. all of the issues at the start of the year have been corrected, lawsuits, tarrifs etc so I think it will be looking more appealing for a buyer
