You're welcome Koufax... clearly we disagree on the final value - but that's why this is a market - we evaluate the risk to reward ratio differently.
Just to break down the numbers though, by valuing the reserves at 10 cents on the dollar, this does take into account operating, financing and other development costs (as crude an estimate as it is - admittedly). In this model the inferred resources only account for about a dollar. So the market is giving this company a 50% chance of making it to production.
