Crazy how CanadaHas such a housing crisis with population growth exceeding housing by a huge magnitude....rents going up like crazy due to high interest rates and no one buying. Yet REITS with resedential exposure like SRU/REI or rezoning potential here for D are tanking like they are insolvent and going bankrupt.
At the end of the day its sitting on prime land, while the office conversion is a whole different story it seems like these reits should be worth a goldmine
