RECIPE FOR PRIVITIZATION AND INCREASED UNIT PRICE

RECIPE FOR PRIVITIZATION AND INCREASED UNIT PRICEArtis and DRM tendered a lot into the SIB and can effectively get back shares at Sub $24 ($12 old price), to 20% each or the limit.

Then with asset sale or DIR,  run a NCIB which scoops up 1.8m shares a year ~ 30m .

Ultimately if unit price doesnt fly up on any  macro or company-speficic fundamentals, the public float is going to approach .....0

if the unit price does move up nicely to $32 ($16) then bump the dividend and dont run NCIB
