It's the same company.

just instead of distribute the cash out, they keep the cash with the company (which we still own) and re-invest to the properties to ensure we can go through this cycle.

They still hold the DIR in place as the last resort if needed.

Down over 31% in the last month, and yet nothing has fundamentally changed except the reduction in interest rates has been pushed back by a quarter.  I had a stink bid in at $7.10 but never got within 50 cents of it.   If it eases to $7.50, I might be tempted to buy at market.
