careful what you wish for. If Cooper & Dream own combined 65% and Artis & "Joint Actors" own 17%, that does not leave much left. Why not take it out for $20, save a bundle on the yearly costs of listing requirements and carve up the assets between them?

Cooper/DRM do not own that much....I believe 20m shares are owned between drm and artis. 17.5m public flaot

No way enough of the minority shareholders would take $20.  $25 would start to make it a bit more interesting, but I think $30 is what will be needed.

My most expensive I bought at 43 equalent, but now my average is 32,6. I guess many in same boat. But I will not rule out a sovereign wealth fund or the like, taking this out, as soon as they see the holy grail. That office usage was 70% before covid, and will be close to that at the end off the year. Then this collection will be valuable, once again.
