Samir along with Sandpiper may take control of Dream Office and if he does - Cooper will look back and know it wouldn't have been possible without the SIB, and distribution cut. Cooper deserve whatever happens next. Cheers to all the unitholders here who held through the SIB and still hold.

I hope and believe this will not happen. Artis with a mcap off 500 mill. Is not the right heaven for Dream Offices assets. Their pockets are not deep enough. Neither for the development pipeline, or the takeover, at the right price. I believe Sammer is in it only because off its value, and oppertinity to sell again.
