several of the big buyers are continuing into today (bmo, canaccord & td). not just artis who i suspect is the bmo buyer. not sure what the catalyst to be short is. if anything that notice would be making me more fearful to be short given he knows asset sales are coming at him.

An asset sale though demonstrating higher valuation than price and help with debt, is not necessarily going to change investor sentiment to own a office reit. sure it can bump up unit price but not sure its going to be a gravy event $$ as much as rates lowered
