Staying around flat is still a win in my view after the huge run-up we have seen.  Very healthy volumes this morning.  I wouldn't be at all surprised to see us in the green by the end of the day. I am amazed at the lack of coverage by media channels on the recent SP performance-  I guess it doesn't fot their narrative that office is dead!

Falling $30 to $7.50 then going back to $11 is hardly a success.
