DRM and Artis/Sandpiper can never exit this REIT (unless reits come super back in favor and they go sky high), without a sale of the REIT.   I dont see how they can sell their shares to unwind a position. May not apply to cooper since hes a lifer but I would expect Sandpiper/Artis would want to cash in at some point

Don't worry snakeyboy, I'm on the bid with the team at Doughski Capital Partners from $10 and I am willing to take all your units. Yes either they delist it, or sell it as a collection close to NAV. Possibly after 2025. They get paid well to wait. I hope to get paid as well.

I guess delisting would make it possible to book it at NAV.

Given a choice I would go private with them, and wait out a sale at nav.
