Don, I suspect that one of the reasons might be the same as it was when the share price started to climb when it dipped down to $6.50. Investors who are looking further ahead are becoming more convinced that we're heading down the road to lower rates and with that construction firing up again. Buying these shares in advance at these prices while collecting a tastie dividend just provides them with more reason. Just my opinion.
