Positive Signs and Opportunity
Added at $7.05 today, preferred adding in the $6.50 range a while ago but times are changing and doubtful we'll get to the $6.50 range, though it is always possible. With the announced positive move in Canadian housing construction we should now begin trending upwards..............and in the meantime collecting a decent dividend.
