Hi,

Unless something happened recently, shares hold by institutional , mutual funds and direct holders are about 100 M /220 M and therefore at 45% of control (ref: presentation at investor discoveries)

Fidelity : 12.1%
CDPQ: 8.7%
FSTQ: 5.4%
others: 19.3%

Total 45.5%

IF you have updated numbers , please give us the details . Despite the company is not for sale , if they receive an offer at 0.50$ none of those shareholders will oppose , they are zombie shareholders.
