Looking to Invest in DBO

Looking to Invest in DBOI have a few questions for the longs.
1) Does the cinema pay for the lounger seat and encoder box? While D-Box pays for the installation of the seat like the wires, power, seat and the D-box encoder?
2) How do they generate recurring cash flow? Obviously from the sale of the lounger but do they get a percentage of the $8.00 ticket price and do they have a maintenance contract for the loungers that the customer pays for a year or 5 years?
3) Does D-Box pay the Motion Picture companies to add the Motion Code onto the the different layers of the track? Cause it takes something like 300 to 400 hours to add the track.
4) The insiders haven't really been busy aquiring except back in March. Does anyone know what their positions are?
5) Does anyone know of any recent interviews with management. Saw one with Michel Paquette I think it was dated in April 2015. Most of the videos are dated way back and are most definitely outdated.
And lastly sorry if this topic has been talked about in the past but there are a lot of topics to go through. Thanks in advance and have a great weekend. Hope to become an investor very soon.
