RE:Montreal Auto ShowVirginie. Thanks for the detailed and honest review. It is good to have someone in Montreal able to check out some of the stuff that D-Box is doing closer to their Head office. I often wish I could take a tour of their manufacturing facility to watch for signs of expansion etc... Unfortunately it would be a 4 hour drive for me! If you get a chance to actually check out their actual icar simulator at the icar facility it would be interesting to hear how that compares to the demo movie you tried at the auto show. I was wondering how they would make you feel acceleration and it sounds like that is still a work in progress :-) The positive here is that you were able to confirm that the D-box motion reduces or eliminates any dizziness caused by VR visuals that don't include motion. Hopefully that will be a key selling point for them with gaming and VR-cade providers like IMAX and Ubisoft down the road.
