The press release says it includes a  "State-of-the-Art VR Motion Simulator" so I contacted the Virtual Reality Company to inquire if it was developed by D-Box and this was their response:

"The simulator announced in the press release, which is distributed to Dave and Busters is not D-Box, however D-Box continues to be a fantastic motion chair partner and may be running the Jurassic World VR Expedition cinematic experience in other locations yet to be announced!"
