One problem i see is that the management barely holds 1% of the shares , that means that there is more at stake for their jobs than for their shares. Since the founder McMaster is not holding more than 10% they should have more options to reorganize the company. Sebastien Mailhot come from the venture capital field and should know how to create value. I think they should sit down with CDPQ and look at different options to bring that company to another level or merge with a mega one , in that case they would have all the money to raise big projects and the frame to evolve faster inside a bigger entity.
