Warrants
My friend who studies this stock says it's undervalued but company won't let price rise until warrants expire. Is this sensible information

He has 150 thousand shares and says he expects a 40 thousand dollar profit this year from Dbox shares

That makes sense, they do not need to raise money at this point so they will keep the stock low until march 2023. That is why management is having a low profile (no annoucement from CES) but i found its not fair for those who participate in the last financing at 0.13$ and received warrants as part of the package.
