I noticed two new equity financings by Dundee Goodman Merchant Partners last week....Atac Resources (ATC.V) and Essex Minerals (ESX.V).

Atac Resources:

Dundee Goodman Merchant Partners - $60,000.01 and 260,870 Compensation Warrants that are exercisable into common shares at $0.23 per share for a two- year period.

Essex Minerals:

$30,000 and 120,000 Broker's Warrants exercisable at $0.25 for a period of two (2) years payable to Dundee Goodman Merchant Partners.

Dundee Goodman Merchant Partners - $60,000.01 and 260,870 Compensation
Warrants that are exercisable into common shares at $0.23 per share for a two-
year period.
