RE:Borborema gold project royaltyYes, I think a smart move and perhaps an interesting model to try to convert some their other mining interests into royalties or streams. Mining streams and royalties trade at high valuations (Wheaton, Franco, Osisko, Sandstorm, Triple Flag etc).
This deal certainly reduces risk for Dundee but raises the question... what will Dundee do with its cash now? Previously the expectation was that Dundee would need to fund 20% of Borborema's capex... Hopefully some serious share buybacks are in the works.
