"How come Dundee stock is under $3.00? What am I missing?"

The most puzzling aspect of it is that management is not buying nor is Dundee buying back shares on the market to increase the value of the shares for remaining shareholders.

One would expect management and controlling shareholders to know more than the rest of us. Yet, they are not buying. Why not?
