RE:When to get in?The legal issue is not the problem, it's the secular decline of the industry which makes it such an easy short thesis given the illiquidity so they can knock it down big on light volume. I would buy it at 11 and lighten up at 13. Management seems to stand behind you with the NCIB below 11, I am a little hesitant to add into earnings this week as there has been some insider selling in the last week or two. If you wait post earnings you will get some clarity of how the business is doing and still be able to get in before the next ex dividend date.
