RE:RE:DGII will keep the price I would pay to myself incase I see a further opportunity but I can tell you if I'm not the white horse then someone else will be. With $330MM in revenues there are many deep pocket individuals that will take a shot at this company.
The debentures will also depend on interest rates/ bond rates/ ect. Should we get a spike suddenly 6% won't look so great. At the current yield of 15% ish they seem to be looking like a steal.
You are right though, at the end of the day if you don't have some voting control then anything can happen to the minority guys and stock price manipulation can be a problem.
