RE:Anyone received calls from Kingsdale?

RE:Anyone received calls from Kingsdale?I received a call from them. I will be exercising all of my personal rights as well as those we hold for clients.  In aggregate this is a sizeable position. I did ask the person who rang what the general consensus was and he told me that the overwhelming majority of people he had spoken with are exercising their rights. I will also say anecdotal evidence of the trading behaviour of the rights suggests to me that most will be exercised. My math puts the number of rights traded at 1.7m... not sure why you'd buy rights if you weren't going to exercise them and I'm not sure why you'd sell the rights unless you weren't going to exercise them.
I also met with management in May and had the opportunity to discuss their plans going forward and ask them to verify their EBITDA guidance.  They remain confident in their guidance. While they didn't indicate that they had immediate acquisitions lined up I was left with the impression Thistle and Eclipse won't be their only buys for the year.  They have a clear vision of how they'd like to position DCM for the future and significant personal dollars at risk.  I remain cautiously optimistic they will be successful turning the company around.
