Are we in a bear market or bull market?

A company can produce all the positive news in the world. If people aren't optimistic about the stock market, they won't put their money in it. Not to mention a micro cap stock that is still in the early stages of a turnaround.

Be patient, this is a good long term play but my guess is as good as flipping a coin over the price in the short run.
