Agreed, dissapointing as almost per usual. Restructuring was nearly $10 million in 2021 tisk tisk tisk. They keep tell us that is over and then another $10 million here and then $10 million there. Until they stop with that and start showing improvements without wasted cash out the door, this will stay right around $1.00 Tomorrow we hit $1.10 .....

I guess the only positive is that comparable q4's from last year and this year, it is 300k higher. I wonder if they did some financial manoevering to push that number across the finishing line so there is a "silver lining".

$11.4 mil / 46.4 mil shs = $0.246 eps increase in 2022? Further, accelerating the move to a hybrid work environment with reduced offices, combined with our leadership optimization and other headcount reductions, we are expecting to deliver an annualized $11.4 million in overhead savings.

They had flat eps on an adjusted net income basis assuming these restructuring expenses do not occur. Then,if you add the amortization non cash expenses and potential g&a cost savings, then 2022 eps numbers would make the current share price to be really cheap. Things look to be heading in the right direction.
