Unfortunately, the weightings are dated and imprecise so there is plenty of guesswork involved. You will need to make a spreadsheet and update the price of each security in order to get an estimate.
It takes time and effort and even then, the calculations are only going to be estimates since none of us truly knows the exact composition of the portfolio.
