DF realtime NAV @ $4.43

So spreadsheet is showing a  loss of 17 cents off the UNIT NAV, and that vaues the commons @ $4.43, with one week left until distributions calculations are set.
Premium is now 41 cents with the last trade @$4.84,, getting very close to a 10% premium.
