Under Nav

Trading under almost 8-10% discount  and  DGS missed the Div. and they are still Trading at 20 % premium  ,,Confusing and  dazzling

I would expect a much larger discount on this before buying in. It hasn't paid a distribution in 9 months and unlikely to make it for the next few as well. Unless I can turn a capital profit, this is not on my buy list and likely for many others too which explains the almost double digit to NAV discount.

DGS trading at a 30% discount after distributions are paid to preferreds, so difference is quite  a big gap. Wouldnt buy DGS today here, but many were bidding it up , for what reason i cannot fathom.  DGS lost more  in UNIT NAV in the week than  DF, but still got buying today. TRUTHFULLY , I WOULD NOT BUY EITHER OF THEM HERE AT THESE LEVELS. I  dont like to gamble, and my ...more
