DF unit nav to March 15 = approx; $13.95

SO my spreadsheet has DF losing about 71 cents since the feb 28th update. SO commons have a value of 3.95 before dist to preferreds. Almost trading right at NAV.  DF  a more diversified stock than FFN which is pure financials and trades @ a 30 % premium. DF a buy, and FFN a shortsellers dream.
Particularly after MOODY's downgraded the US banks today.
