DF unit nav to MArch 3 = approx: $14.18

Spreadsheet has the gain at 20 cents since the midmonth update, and after distributionsare paid to preferreds the commons would have a value of $4.14. So back to trading at a discount to its value. Needs a lot of help to get back to the 15$ threshhold for paying.

Was out a bit on DFN but my estimate on DF was dead on to the penny. Quadravest updated DF at $14.18 UNIT NAV  after distributions.
