The latest video on Banks, FFN what does it mean?

hi all,  The Banks, The Banks is all we ever hear about everything and one day will come to a halt and no more money....Not sure about that but looking at DF stock and now FFN on how Quadravest has positioned to do well again.  Next month is a big month for FFN and FFN.PRA as they will increase the dividend form .06458 to a .07917 and that is a big jump. What about the share price only trading at $9.99 a share. So these two stocks play hand in hand with each other even on the NAV Net of Distribution:      $13.70  i just pasted off the website.  I would expect come December a new high on the perferred and the Class A shares. It is going to be something wild to see and many have already jumped in on low ball prices on class A shares that pay .11335 per share when we hit $15 Nav Net.  For now its all about taking profits and getting ready for December move!  The FFN stock is one to watch as the V shape in the charts are moving modestly and we can see above $4 or even $5 come December. This has nothing to do with the markets and its all about getting paid that dividend if you want in on the FFN.PRA. The share price has been stable no matter what at the $10 average and now with an increase we will see maybe $12 and be stable. Depending on what Quadravest wants out of the increase. Also, makes sense why both stocks have been playing the game and this announcement back in May.....see news to buy back shares. https://www.quadravest.com/_files/ugd/78f11d_0f7bdaf37071400da45c64aa73044d99.pdf  As for the me i will be watching the stock and i own shares from the lows just like DF.  However, we do have a situation that shows more higher targets for both FFN and FFN.PRA as they work together in December. If there is a market correction in December you definetly want to own FFN.PRA and get paid everytime with this new increase to start on Dec.1st...see news https://www.quadravest.com/_files/ugd/78f11d_c9aa32633e63444197e2efe71f85bfef.pdf

see the chart on FFN and FFN.PRA

below from May they have the news to buy back and see now the V shape on the graph...

As for FFN.PRA  a new high coming as the dividend starts Dec.1 to an increase that is very nice and we can see a new target of $12 a share.

the chart is about 10 years and ignore the dip from covid...the average has been around $10 so now what will it be with a new increase...?
