It offers two types of shares i.e. class A shares and preferred shares. The company's investment objectives are to provide holders of preferred shares with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends as well as to provide holders of Class A shares with regular monthly cash distribution.

Brompton's DGS price collapsed over the last week. DFN has more of a NAV cushion than DGS did but that cushion is getting thinner quickly. Any concerns out there about DFN?  rate and reply
