So, we all have our reasons for buying the various dividend stocks, and I want to solely focus on 3 Quadravest stocks namely DFN, DF and LFE.   Personally I have a lot riding on these stocks

I liked $7,905 for DFN much better.... DFN was up 0.14 cents on volume 568,455  DF     "     up 0.09 cents  on volume  89,852

So the distance between the value for DF and DFN  is now around  48 cents or so.. with DF commons now gaining over 31.5 cents since March 13. DFN only gained 22.5 cents.

After distributions the commons value would be  $7.59 and the discount then only 26 cents. Last sale was @$7.33

Navs look good as opposed to the news coming from Irean rejecting Trumps 911 call to get out

Showing a gain of 24 cents since MArch 13.. and the last trade @ 7.41 leaves the discount @ 43 cents before distributions are accounted for.

Spreadsheet showed a gain of about 15.5 cents since March 15th and that values the commons at $7.76 or so  . DF commons worth about $8.22 here so 46 cents more than DFN, which seems to get a lot

 As the NAV of the commons is now above $17.80   the price of the commons looks a little more attractive. Not sure if they have changed up some weightings.. particularly on the oil-related &

DFN showing a gain of 9 cents since March 13 .. and values the commons at $7.69.. so is trading at a slight discount. DF commons value ( $8.14) is 45 cents higher than DFN, and trades at a discount of

So DFN only showing a loss of 8.5 cents since the 13th of March.. and that values the commons @ $7.515  , and with the last trade @ $7.16 the discount is 35.5 cents or about  4.7%

I think you meant DFN unit nav to March 17 = approx; $17.85.....

Showing a gain of 25 cents in UNIT NAV since March 13.. so a nice bounce back. However DF bounced back harder gaining 28.5 cents in that same time frame, and now sports a value for the commons 42.5

would you not attribute geopolitical tension and short term oil spike as something that would usually correct quickly, unless other countries escalate?  I think the holdings esp Canadian Banks

I doubt the crash will be that big, that quickly. But maybe by April end.. who knows. WE were due for a big correction, Overbought conditions and being time to pay taxes on the gains this year and
