Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share and return the original issue price to their holders on the termination date. The net asset value per unit must remain above the required $15 per unit threshold for distributions to be declared. Its investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

DFN unit nav to May 9 = approx; $16.03
Spreadsheet shwoing a gain of 22 cents since the April 30th update. Still no full update showing cash%. Last sale at $5.65 leaves the discount @ 38 cents or about 6.3%.

My DFN NAV, similarly to the one for DF, includes April dividends as eligible cash, since we don't have yet any declared values from Quadravest, so my calculations results are: NAV at $15

DFN unit nav to May8 =approx: $15.905
Showing again of 9.5 cents since April 30, so with the last trade @ $5.55 the discount is 35 cents or so, or about 5.9%

Noted changes at Quadravest list of weighted holdings
Nost notable is RY now top and MFC second. A few other minor moves.. UNIT NAV i have @ $15.89. to MAY 7, after the changes, they had a gain of 8 cents.. DF has bounced up 11 cents to $16

Quadravest updates DFN unit nav to APril 30 @ $15.81
So my spreadsheet was quite high ( 6cents) on DFN.. and about 3 cents high on DF. Makes DF even more attractive vs DFN.
