It offers two types of shares, including Preferred shares and Class A shares. Its investment objectives with respect to Preferred Shares are to provide holders with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash...
dividends in an amount of $0.04583 per Preferred share to yield 5.5% per annum on the $10 repayment amount and to return the $10 repayment amount to their holders on the termination date. Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share and return the original issue price to their holders on the termination date. The net asset value per unit must remain above the required $15 per unit threshold for distributions to be declared. Its investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

DFN unit nav to Nov 21 = approx; $16.86
Spreadsheet showing a gain of about 15 cents since the update to the 15th of NOV. Values the common shares @ $6.86 and with the last trade @ $6.42, the discount is 44 cents or about 6.4%

DFN unit nav with an hour to go= approx; $16.69
Now showing a loss of 2 pennies since the 15th update. Last sale @ $6.37 would show a discount of 32 cents on commons value of $6.69...that is 4.75% or so.

My spresdheet was showing a value of $16.7495, almost 5 cents higher. Apart from RY, almost all other holdings have been showing large changes in their weights

DFN guesstimate to NOV 19 = approx; $16.70
Showing a gain of 2 pennies since the 15th of NOV. in UNIT NAV . Commons now carry a value of $6.70 before dist. Last sale at $6.37 makes the discount 33 cents or about 4.9%.

Quadravest midmonth update hopefully after the close today

Showing a gain of about 46 cents since OCT 31 and that puts the value of the commons @ $6.68, exactly 20 cents less than DF.
