The net asset value per unit must remain above the required $15 per unit threshold for distributions to be declared. Its investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

DFN UNIT NAV to March 6 = approx; $15.21

Last update showed the UNIT NAV @$15.11 after dist. My spreadsheet has the gains at 10 cents since FEb 29 numbers.
DFN continued to trade at a slight premium. Unlike a few other quadravest splits with higher unit nav. Like FTN and FFN both at a discount today and LFE is a bit lower @ $15.15 but trades at a 7% discount.
