Nav way down, yet stock price the same

Hard to believe NAV down 17c, yet stock is down 2c..
Over $2 premiium when unit value will be below $15 ( or will be with distribution)

A lot of eyes on this waiting to pounce if it sinks into the 6's or 5's. It's possible there are strong positions that were taken during covid and many may have robust cushions in place so to shake them loose will require a panic selloff again. A VIX over 35 might do it but currently on sits around 20.

You mean miss in June? May is already announced. I hope it gets very close and the share price drops, long term I still think this is an ATM for the income pig
