NAV June 15

~$15.14.

Dividend announcement to come next week.

If the monthly dividends were to be paid out today, the NAV would once again fall fractionally below $15.00.

Don't count your chickens before they hatch. Any bad news before the 19th and no dividends.

There is no way Quadravest uses a closing NAV other than today's to determine the dividend eligibility of DFN. If the NAV was below $15.00, then they would certainly wait and hope for it to rise. The last thing they want is a plunge in their flagship fund, a perennial management fee cash cow.

They've done it before,  both ways.  April 2020 BK didn’t pay even though the nav was over 15 on the 15th.

If AnEducator's number is right, i.e. ~ $15.14, there is no wat DFN is not going to pay dividend next month on July 10th. Announcement is likely on June 20th.
