Sector Rotation or Oversold Bounce

I can't figure if the very recent bounce in DFN's holdings is simply an Oversold Bounce in companies such as ENB, TRP, Banks, etc. or is this a Sector Rotation out of Tech? I've have noticed that the Dow and TSX have bucked the downward trend over the past couple of days. If it is a Sector Rotation then a DFN payment miss might be short lived and only one month.
