DGS range bound $6.15 to $6.30 CASH Dividend play

hi all,  just want to be clear on some of my posts on DRIP.  Not all have a DRIP set up like DGS.  Only CASH payout and this is a good one to own. So for that you should always check with your trading platform and profile on every REIT stock or any that pay a dividend. CASH or DRIP.  As for DF stock quadravest is set up for a DRIP and you must check with your platform you are using if they are set up or your account when you get the dividend. You need to instruct how you want the dividend to be used in your account set up. Best to call your broker and have them explain with each stock you own if you have many with DRIP or not. So example you will see DGS is cash only and DRIP available....see link https://www.bromptongroup.com/product/dividend-growth-split-corp/,  unfortunately for me i get cash only as my account with the platform i'm using is not set up for the DRIP. We do not have enough request on the stock by shareholders who use the same platform.  Some of you might be lucky and have it already set up.  Now looking at the share price we are range bound from $6.15 to $6.30 and could go higher. It only matters to Brompton and the stocks they own in the fund. So regardless the share price is above $6 bucks and dividend average over $15 is there we get paid. So take profits also if you bought under $5 back in June and diversify. This stock will continue to perfrom well in August.

So to SUMMARIZE ... Stock is range bound - will not significantly increase or decrease but will continue to perform well. HOLD for dividend and DRIP or maybe NO DRIP, but SELL to take profit and capital gain NO DIVIDEND. Your choice.
