Average cost base reduced

With tax season coming to an end, TD adjusted my ACB down below $1.50 now given last year's ROC component. I own this one inside a TFSA so no tax implications. With the 5 payouts this year the distribution rate comes to 33% so far and will only go higher with any further declarations. Sometimes buy and hold does pan out. I don't see myself ever selling this one.

I think DGS is very interesting right now.  I agree that so far this year they have not  missed a payment and if nothing else changes,  there's a good chance they will continue to pay out for the rest of the year.  Interest rates are being kept here for  longer but the economy has adjusted and most companies are coping quite well. What seems more unstable is investor ...more
