These kimberlites are in close proximity to established infrastructure, including paved highways and the electrical power grid. The Star-Orion South Diamond Project is located within the Fort a la Corne diamond district of central Saskatchewan, Canada. These Fort a la Corne mineral dispositions are located in the Fort a la Corne Provincial Forest, approximately 60 kilometers (km) east of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. It also holds a 50% interest in the exploration and evaluation properties and assets of the Buffalo Hills JV located in north-central Alberta, Canada. The property covers a total of 21 mineral leases covering an area of approximately 4,800 hectares (ha).

NPV of $3.3 Billion. That’s Billion not million. 

Most companies get 40-100% of the NPV in a buyout scenario. Meaning 40% low end and 100% high end. However there was a company last week that got 108% of NPV but let’s use these numbers. 

Star owns 40% of the $3.3 Billion therefore it equals $1.32 Billion. Yes again Billion. 

Now take low case 40% of the $1.32 Billion is $528 million. Now that’s million for buyout. As of today 383 million shares so divide $528/383= Drum roll please $1.37 per share. 

This is low end case. 

Now use use this tool and figure out the 108% NPV that was paid to a junior last week and let your imagination run wild. 

Do not not listen to anything this Almighty has to say.
