My opinion, a transaction type that we neither indulged on or think would be typical will take place.

Just remember if it comes down to a vote, you ain't got sh it now so giving it away you will stil wind up with poop but I do understand we all have different points of exits that are acceptable to us.

Sickening this kind of thing happens. I think these guys (Star Diamond Execs) know what they're doing and have a pretty good idea that a High Capex, high cost, low grade, low IRR project is not going to fly.

Two things.  Unless Rio was lieing(cough,cough)they were excited about the bulk sample and even(as I remember)underplayed the value so it seems that it's just a game to see, perhaps,who is going to be speaker of the house". Further more...at eight cents...you could wait for years and come out good.  If star can't take the punishment perhaps someone might step in.

Can you direct me to the release where RT states it was excited about the bulk sample? Did they put out a release to that effect? Or did we hear that from KM?

No, That comes from the Star press release annoucing Rio's exit. It is not a quote. Where does Rio put out a release stating it is "pleased" Heresay is not worth much.
