Oh sorry.... its a "due bill" situation.... can't sell until dividend is paid... February 1st.

Called investor relations, you must be still holding the stock until the div is paid out after markets close Feb 1st, stock trades ex div Feb 2nd at open

Why bother calling the company? This was already stated weeks ago and was crystal clear on the company press release. Sheesh.

So if shareholder sells before Feb 2nd they lose the dividend. Does that mean they have to pay the buyer the dividend so if they sell for $25 end up with $10. Or do they just lose the dividend and end up with $25.

So, once again Goldman crossed a block of shares after the close on Friday . Cant figure this out . Unless they have arranged Canadian  buyers for these US shares. Anyway, they bring the price down so that a few more of my sheckels can buy the after dividend rump for $10 or less

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that if you buy shares now before Feb 1st you still get the dividend. Seller forgoes the dividend. In which case good time to be a buyer now.
